Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and finding a path forward that fits your unique needs and goals. I will be your thinking partner and wellness advocate.

My training in ayurvedic nutrition, applied quantum biology, and transformational coaching offer many helpful tools to utilize as you create your wellness journey.

Self-Empowerment
While I have a lot of education as well as personal experience to share with you, my ultimate goal as your wellness coach is to support you in finding the answers within yourself. I will cheer you on as you become your own best wellness leader!
The Details
60 minute initial session - we will comb through your intake form and hone in on what your goals are and “next steps”.
45 minute weekly sessions, or book 45 minute sessions as needed
Wellness assessments to get clear on your needs and goals
Unlimited support and accountability. You can reach out with questions any time via email.

Somatic tools and exercises to help connect mind and body
Support and guidance on changing your home environment to be circadian friendly.
